The dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Malawi first reported on the award and use of the African International Arbitration Centre scholarship and made arrangements for the administration of the next scholarship. He praised the initiative of the African International Arbitration Centre to set up a scholarship, the first time the University of Malawi had received social grants, which would help motivate students to work harder, it can also help poor students to complete their studies.
Zhuo Jishui, secretary-general of the charity foundation of the African International Arbitration Centre, said that part of the funding provided by the African International Arbitration Centre to law students was intended to enable the school to produce better legal talent and make up for the lack of funding. We will adjust the amount of the scholarship at any time according to the incentive effect and the development of the arbitration center. We hope that teachers and students will work together to produce the best results.
Subsequently, Zhang and the dean of the law school exchanged views on the University of Malawi commissioned by the African International Arbitration Centre to train arbitrators for master's and doctor's degrees in law. We hope to train more compound legal talents under different legal systems.
According to the dean of the law school, the University of Malawi's Law School is one of the top schools in Africa, with an employment rate of almost 100 per cent, and most students graduate and enter the government or the judiciary, where they are studied by faculty leaders and school leaders, i am willing to cooperate with the arbitration center to promote the training of highly educated personnel, and hope to start the education program as soon as possible.
